Rail
QR Citytrain rail transport will extend
from Nambour on the Sunshine Coast to Robina on the Gold Coast.
The geographic boundaries of free public
transport will include the entire QR Citytrain network. These
services include transport from the following outermost rail
stations:
- to/from the centre
of Brisbane
- south from/to Robina
- north from/to Nambour
- east from/to Cleveland
- west from/to Ipswich
These are the extents of the geographic
boundaries of free public transport provided by rail services.
Patrons will need to produce individual
Games tickets for the day of their ticketed event, when travelling
to and from the ticketed event session, to utilise this public
transport option.
In the event a patron is outside these
geographic boundaries, it will be their responsibility and
cost to transport themselves to a station within this designated,
serviced geographic boundary.
